Role Context

Our Anaplan practice is looking to grow the team, hiring consultants at all levels. We pride ourselves on delivering some of the best Anaplan projects across Australia, NZ and Singapore.

We are looking for high-calibre consultants who enjoy solving complex business problems, working directly with clients and helping organisations modernise the way they plan.

About the Role

You will work closely with clients to implement modern planning solutions across a range of industries, including mining, insurance, manufacturing, retail, consumer goods and more.

Depending on your background and experience, responsibilities may include:

• Supporting workshops and gathering business requirements
• Independently leading complex project streams
• Configuring and implementing planning technology solutions
• Supporting architecture and integration discussions
• Performing hands-on data analysis and modelling
• Leading and supporting testing, training and deployment activities
• Building trusted relationships with client stakeholders
• Contributing to practice growth and internal capability development

This is a hands-on consulting role with significant opportunity for growth, ownership and leadership as the practice continues to expand.

Who We’re Looking For:

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in end -to-end Anaplan or similar technologies implementations (Workday Adaptive Planning, Board, TM1, Planful, etc.)
• Bachelor educated in relevant roles including Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics or similar disciplines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to confidently engage with business users, managers and executives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability with the ability to break down complex business processes
• Experience working in project-based or fast-paced environments with competing priorities.
