Role Context

Our Supply Chain technology practice is experiencing sustained growth and is looking to expand the team. The practice is focused on transforming supply chain planning processes for enterprise organisations across Australia and APAC.

We work with leading planning platforms, including Anaplan, Kinaxis, and Syncron, to help organisations improve their demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimisation, S&OP/IBP, and commercial planning capabilities.

We are looking for high-calibre consultants who enjoy solving complex business problems, working directly with clients and helping organisations modernise the way they plan.

This role is intentionally flexible; we are open to candidates from either strong technology consulting backgrounds or strong supply chain planning backgrounds.

About the Role

You will work closely with clients to design and implement modern planning solutions across a range of industries, including manufacturing, retail, consumer goods and distribution.

Depending on your background and experience, responsibilities may include:

• Facilitating workshops and gathering business requirements
• Configuring and implementing planning technology solutions
• Leading (or supporting) solution architecture and integration discussions
• Designing future-state supply chain planning processes
• Performing hands-on data analysis and modelling
• Configuring and customising supply chain planning tools
• Supporting testing, training and deployment activities
• Building trusted relationships with client stakeholders
• Contributing to practice growth and internal capability development

This is a hands-on consulting role with significant opportunity for growth, ownership and leadership as the practice continues to expand.

Who We’re Looking For:

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, consulting, planning, technology or business transformation roles
• Bachelor educated in relevant roles including Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics or similar discipline.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to confidently engage with business users, managers and executives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability with the ability to break down complex business processes
• Experience working in project-based or fast-paced environments with competing priorities
• Strong workshop facilitation, requirements gathering or business analysis skills
• A genuine interest in supply chain planning, enterprise technology and process transformation
• Experience working with ERP, planning or reporting systems.

In addition to the above, we would require candidates to fit into either of the below options, based on experience.

Option 1 – Planning Technology Consulting Background

You are an experienced technology consultant with end-to-end project experience in enterprise supply chain planning solutions such as Anaplan, Kinaxis, Syncron, SAP IBP, o9, and Blue Yonder.

Experience includes:

• Multiple end-to-end solution implementations
• Extensive configuration and modelling experience
• Requirements gathering
• Client-facing consulting
• Supply chain or commercial planning processes

OR

Option 2 – Supply Chain Planning Background

You are an experienced Supply Chain professional with extensive experience in one or more of the following: Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP / IBP, Inventory Planning, Production Planning, Merchandise Planning, Operations or Supply Chain Analytics.

You also have:

• A genuine aptitude for and interest in planning and reporting technologies.
• Exposure to planning systems or transformation projects
• Strong analytical capability
• A desire to transition into consulting and planning technology.

Previous consulting experience is beneficial but not essential for the right candidate.
