Consultant Workday Adaptive

Location: Sydney

The Role

Tridant is seeking a Consultant with experience in delivering Workday Adaptive Planning software applications, to fill a full-time role within our Delivery Services team. This is a hybrid work arrangement where work will be undertaken both from home and our Sydney CBD office.

Responsible for:

The Delivery Services Team is responsible for project success as agreed with customers, employing TSIM delivery methodology, technical, functional and business outcome aspects of a project and maintaining high standards of professional communications.

Accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Analysis and evaluation of business requirements through a structured methodical approach
  • Interpretation of technical and business requirements to design end-to-end solutions
  • Define the solution scope, time, cost and risk by translating business requirements into a set of functional and non-functional deliverables.
  • Estimate and plan project deliverables and success criteria
  • Identify project Risks and Assumptions
  • Deliver successful projects within agreed parameters of scope, time and cost
  • Undertake unit testing for all functionality
  • Communicate with stakeholders, business and technical project teams to ensure the roles and responsibilities for the solution deliver are understood
  • Identify all potential Change Requests and work with designated Principal Consultant/ Project Manager on these variations
  • Participate in Post Implementation Review and assume ownership of any actions
  • Provide ongoing support for and communication with customers.
Skills and experience
  • Greater than 2 years’ experience in delivering Workday Adaptive Planning software applications
  • Relevant experience in the design, build and implementation of Solutions
  • Previous experience in a customer-centric culture
  • Background in financial roles within the corporate sector is desirable 
  • A genuine talent for grasping complex business problems and engineering effective solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Skills researching, designing and implementing customer solutions and programs
  • Expertise in using relevant software
  • Ability to use economic, financial, market, and industry data to understand and improve business results
  • Ability to obtain information and identify key issues and relationships relevant to achieving a long-range goal or vision
  • Ability to coach and develop others in their current or future job responsibilities
  • Ability to identify process improvement opportunities
